Al's Positive Mental Attitude Blog
Over the years Al has has been influenced by many people and would like to give them the credit they deserve for any and all successes that Al has and may achieve. First of all, Al's father, Dale Franklin Theriac, Sr., who told him from a small child that he could become anything that he set his mind to. Al did not know any better so he believed him and has fulfilled many of his dreams throughout his life. Secondly, while traveling with the late one and only James, the Godfather, Brown, Al was exposed to one of the most positive men that he has ever met and for his guidance, Al will be forever greatful. The great Glenn W. Turner, who took a very successful Al Theriac and taught him such things as the real meaning of life and how to love more deeply. The great Barry Ackle, showed him what hard work and persistance can do in a man's life. Jess Hickman, showed him what enthusiasm and many other traits of motivation can do for a individual. Robbie Blumenthal Deaton, she will never know what she has meant in the life of Al and what she has taught him about life and the ways of accomplishing your goals and your dreams. His kids, Didi, Sherri, Don, Mel, and Jennifer without them life would not have been worth the hard work it has taken Al to accomplish the successes that he has accomplished and the future accomplishments. He has collected many positive mental attitude sayings and phrases, some of which he has coined himself. He is making these available to you in the hopes that they may inspire.
Al's future plans for this blog is to list all the great motivational books that he has read and is still reading. Look for that soon.
1. I have finally grown enough for the Lord to trust me with what he once took from me.
2. THE MAN WHO THINKS HE CAN!!
If you think you are beaten, you are; If you think you dare not, you don't! If you'd like to win, but think you can't, It's almost certain you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you've lost; For out of this world we find, success begins with a fellow's will; It's all in the state of mind!
If you think you're outclassed, you are; You've got to think high to rise. You've got to be sure of yourself before you can win the prize.
Life's battles don't always go to the strongest or fastest man; But sooner or later the man who wins is the man who thinks he can!
3. You must have long-range goals to keep you from being frustrated by short-range failures.
4. Don't look back...unless you want to go that way!
5. There are two ways to get to the top of a tree; you can climb it or sit on an acorn.
6. Anything the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.
7. The loss of a friend is much more costly than the loss of an argument.
8. No individual can escape the responsibility for the condition under which he finds himself...No salesman can escape the responsibility for the financial condition for which he finds himself.
